All instock orders recieved before 5pm will ship the same day. Ruggers uses UPS, DHL, Fed Ex and the US Post Office to ensure you the best combination of rate and service to your area. Shipping is automatically added to your order when you complete the address section of the order form.

The rates are all UPS based and are calculated using the UPS online web page. If your or our server is not able to reach the UPS web site, a default setting of $1.50 or 0 will be shown. Should this occur, the actual shipping charge will be calculated at the time of order processing and added to the bill. Some destinations may require extra shipping charges which are not reflected at the time of order.Should this occur, you will be notified by email prior to shipping. International orders may be subject to local and government taxes and duties. Consult your government authorities for more information.

Any package which is refused or re-routed, and results in a surcharge due to an error by the customer , is the responsibility of the customer. In some instances, drop shipped items may incur an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of this charge by email prior to shipping.

Returns:

Call or email us for a Return Authorization.

Footwear can be returned as long as the goods have not been worn outside and are returned with the original packaging. Clothing may be returned if not worn or washed and are returned with the original packaging. Personalized clothing(numbered embroidered or otherwise) can not be returned or exchanged. Be sure of your size and number when ordering!

All returns must be within 30 days of the order for a full refund.

Promotions can not be combined. So coupons or promotions can not be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons or promotions.
